About RRC
RRC was established on the 1st of September 2006 by two members i.e. Philip Platt and Victor Matshabele with a mission to expand the time an attendance strategies in the construction and mining industries via black empowerment.
This company adopted the Time Data SQL software designed over the years by Philip Platt and used successfully around the world. Victor Matshabele has over the years become an expert in the use, training and implementation of the software and hardware developed under this company Umbrella for various construction and mining projects.
This has then qualified him as a sole empowered owner of the company in a long run which made this company a 100% Black owned and managed.

Business goals & objectives
Our objective is to manage sites costs and ease employer’s minds on labour unrests by ensuring correct wages calculations. Improve the labour confidence in time keeping and wages calculation. Produce accurate costing records using the QS and planners figures.
We aim at educating and empowering young previously disadvantaged persons in the IT business. Maximizing profit for our client by ensuring savings from correct pay to employees who worked for the day. We invest in our people by means of education.
RRC has a clear vision of investing in the young in- experienced persons by transferring basic knowledge of the T&A system and creation of work. We believe in community development thereby empowering the locals.
We supply site based costing systems for the construction, mining, & Energy industries.
